Regarding the proposed solutions, it should be noted: Since I purchased 2021, I would appreciate if someone can assist so i can utilize it again as you know the Projects saved in CS 8 is not compatible with CS 2021 Note - i still have my Camtasia Studio 8 license app and it works. I did read other articles but those situations were slightly different. I went to Task Manager to remove the crashpad_handler.exe which does appear when I attempt to launch the app. I reinstalled the program and rebooted the computer but no luck. I uninstalled and cleaned the registry using iOBit Uninstaller for good measures. I attempted to use Microsoft Troubleshooting App but to no avail. I have significant disk storage space 22 GBs yet it just stopped working. This simply allows for better organization, especially if you are working with multiple Camtasia Videos. I have not installed new apps, particularly any AntiVirus apps either. This is new as it has been running consistently until recently. The CamtasiaRecorder does not respond either. I even tried to run it via C:\Program Files\TechSmith\Camtasia 2021 as this is where the executable is located. Recently, my Camtasia 2021 is no longer responsive when I attempt to launch.
